Two circuits of the following:1. Plank exercises to work those abs (1 min)
2. Sit Abs (30 reps)
3. Boxing (20 min)
4. Squats (25 reps)
5. Side-lying knee lifts to work that botty (30 reps)
6. Don't forget to stretch!
