MADE TO ORDER

We believe in responsible production. Made to order means each piece is handmade specially for you upon demand, thus avoiding any overproduction and moving away from a fast fashion mentality. 

Please consider shipment two weeks from initial order. 

RETURN POLICY

For any exchange or return please email info@pikinis.es and we will guide you through the next steps.

Please allow 7 days  from the time you send your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES
You may exchange your purchase within 15 days of the payment of the product for another size, style or colour. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
Please note that all items must be returned in the original conditions and packaging they were sent with the tags and the hygienic liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn or altered in any way that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
  • National orders: We will cover the costs incurred of the first exchange. Any additional exchanges will be covered by the client.
  • International orders: The client will cover the costs incurred.
 Sale items cannot be exchanged.
 
RETURNS
We are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a credit note or refund.
You may return the items within 15 days of the purchase for a refund. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Sale items are non-refundable.
The client will be responsible for covering the shipping costs incurred.
Please note that all items must be returned in the original conditions and packaging they were sent with the tags and the hygienic liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn or altered in any way that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.

  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM & IMPORT FEES

Orders are dispatched from Madrid, Spain. For orders outside the European Union, please note that extra charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs fees. Please check your home country's import regulations before you place your order as these charges are at the client's expense. Please note that delays due to custom procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by the client.

We ship worldwide!

Orders before 17:00PM +GMT will be shipped out the same working day.

The cost of each shipment is calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
